Elancer IT Solutions is expanding its growth team as we continue to scale our presence in the AI and Data Annotation services space, supporting global technology and AI-driven organisations.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive new client acquisition and contribute directly to our market expansion efforts.

The Core Objective

This is a revenue-focused role with clear ownership. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the global AI ecosystem and converting prospects into long-term clients.

The Role
  • Identify high-potential clients in the AI, ML, and technology services space
  • Engage with decision-makers and initiate new business conversations
  • Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and support client onboarding
You Are a Good Fit If
  • You have 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales
  • You have strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • You are organised, resilient, and goal-oriented
  • Experience in IT services, AI, or data services is an advantage
